1.How to verify your identity?
You can proceed with the verification through Bixin APP > ME > Account safety > Verify Identity.
You can select the document type you wish to identify yourself with, such as Passport、Identity Card or Driving Licence.
The verification steps are identity information → face recognition. After the completion of the above two steps, the verification is successful.
2.How can I keep my account safe?
Please keep your login/payment password properly, be sure to use your identity card for real-name authentication. If you encounter any problems with your account, please contact official customer service immediately or send an email to support@bixin.com for assistance.
